Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie is a heritage to be protected, promoted and developed over time<\/strong>. This is why the Consorzio Vini DOC Delle Venezie was established: a system that brings together the entire supply chain of North-Eastern Italy with the aim of ensuring quality, identity and value for one of the world\u2019s most recognised denominations.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2017 and recognised by the Ministry in 2020, today the Consorzio represents the largest model of supra-regional integration in Italian wine<\/strong>: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Province of Trento united under a single DOC.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1544459181166{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”reverse-mobile”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”7643″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

PROTECTION AND SAFEGUARDING<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Defending authenticity and value<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since 11 August 2020, the Consorzio has been officially recognised by MASAF and operates under a public mandate to safeguard the entire denomination.<\/p>\n

This is why it works every day to protect the denomination and defend the system through:<\/p>\n

  • market and large-scale retail controls<\/li>\n
  • online monitoring and legal action against improper use of the name<\/li>\n
  • registration and protection of the trademark at international level<\/li>\n
  • management of supply by regulating volumes to prevent imbalances and preserve value over time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Every bottle of Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie is controlled throughout the entire supply chain.<\/p>\n

    An independent body verifies:<\/p>\n

    • compliance with the production regulations<\/li>\n
    • chemical-physical and organoleptic quality<\/li>\n
    • full product traceability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • international trade fairs, masterclasses and events<\/li>\n
