Privacy Notice pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
The Consorzio Vini DOC delle Venezie, with registered office in Verona, Via Pallone 20, and contactable at privacy@dellevenezie.it, in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs you that your personal data (email address) will be processed in digital form for the purpose of sending the Consortium’s newsletter to which you have subscribed.
Your data may also be processed to enable the Data Controller to exercise its rights and protect its legitimate interests, as well as to comply with an order of an Authority or fulfil a legal obligation.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent: by subscribing to the newsletter, you voluntarily provide your data to the Data Controller. Providing your data is optional; however, if the requested data are not provided, are incorrect or incomplete, you will not be able to receive the newsletter.
Your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, which may be done at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting the Data Controller directly.
Personal data will be stored in the Consortium’s electronic and paper archives, in compliance with appropriate security measures, on servers located within the European Economic Area and at the Consortium’s premises. The data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
Your data may be disclosed to third parties such as members of corporate bodies, employees and collaborators of the organisation, suppliers, technicians responsible for hardware and software maintenance, service providers carrying out outsourced activities on behalf of the organisation, entities processing data in compliance with specific legal obligations, and email service providers, all duly authorised to process personal data.
Your data will not be subject to fully automated decision-making processes.
You may exercise your right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of such data, restriction of processing, or to object to processing by sending a request to [privacy@dellevenezie.it](mailto:privacy@dellevenezie.it).
